Using Conscious Breathing Tools In Daily Life

Dear Friends,
a couple of days ago I shared an article called “Understanding The Alchemy Of Conscious Breathing”. In this piece I explained details about the conscious inner transformation process we can create for ourselves, when we are aware how to navigate our own breath. So today I would like to share some more tools how to apply breathing to your personal practice.

A highly potent energy field to work with is the essence of the Ascended Master Saint Germain. Ascended Master Saint Germanin is the chohan of the sevens divine ray – the violet ray of transformation. He is the master alchemist of the sacred inner fire, who carries the flame of the violet fire for us. This inner fire provides us with the ability to transform, transmute, elevate and shift every emotional pattern inside of us, into higher vibration and devotion to express divine purity.
When we look at the power of transformation that the inner fire of alchemy is holding for us, than it also makes sense to acknowledge how our breathing is the key to master this alchemical process. As we change layer by layer, and transform our momentary state of being into a higher vibrating version of our TRUE SELF, we manifest more and more light into our physical body and become the shining beings outside, that we always have been by soul. Use the prayers below to integrate a higher awareness in your breathing rhythm and physical body.

In general there is not “one correct way” of breathing. There are particular breathing techniques for yoga, for power walking, for swimming, a proper breathing for martial arts, a technique for taichi, playing the trumpet requires different breathing than singing does, and so on. You get my point! Anyway, here are four techniques you can give a try – in case you don’t have a favorite version jet!

#1: for practice in a private environment

  • Sit cross-legged in a quiet room or contained space.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Using your thumb, cover up your right nostril, and breathe deeply through your left nostril for a count of 6.
  • Pause for a count of 2.
  • Remove your thumb, and cover your left nostril with your forefinger, and exhale completely through your right nostril for a count of 6. Repeat 10 to 15 times.

#2: for practice in public spaces

  • Close your eyes if you feel safe to do so.
  • Inhale through your nose evenly and deeply for a count of 8.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Exhale completely through your nose for a count of 8.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Repeat 10 to 15 times.

#3: to help you fall asleep

  • Keeping your eyes closed, and lying flat on your back in bed, deeply inhale through your nose for a count of 6.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Slowly exhale completely through your nose for a count of 6.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Deeply inhale through your nose for a count of 8.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Exhale completely through your nose for a count of 8.
  • Repeat steps, each time increasing the count by two until you stretch your breath out for as many counts as you can—try to get to 12! Once you’ve done this, repeat 10 times.

    #4: for deep relaxation

    For even deeper relaxation while the mind is still very active – try focusing on an affirmation during your inhales and exhales. For example you can think the word “I” on your inhale and “AM” , can, do, feel, (what ever works for your situation – be creative!!) …. on your exhale….. Keep doing that for 3-5minutes and deeper layer can open from inside.

    Once your mind has calmed down you can also switch your awareness to different body parts and their gentle, natural movement that comes with breathing in and breathing out. That will allow the awareness you are creating to sink even deeper into your daily life expressions.

Understanding The Alchemy Of Conscious Breathing

Dear Friends,
the intense energetic movement that the recent New Moon in Cancer with total solar eclipse has unleashed into the awakening process of the human collective is slowly fading and we are more and more able to take in the details for what has shifted for us all individually. The perfect time to regain clarity and direction from our soul’s guidance. Quite a while ago I shared a post called awakening the Inner Alchemist in which I talked about the Ascended Master Saint Germain and the violet flame of conscious transformation, he is providing as a divine quality. This flame is the representation of our capability to change and transform our momentary state of being – into a higher vibrating version of our TRUE SELF), and this fire needs your passionate breathing to stay alive and hungry.
To be more specific: the intensity in which the fire of transformation inside you is burning – depends on your conscious understanding and conscious use of your breath. The thump rule is, the deeper we dive into studying and understanding the magical alchemy that our breath provides, the more alive blissful and inter-connected we feel in our daily life. Simply breathing in and out LIFE ITSELF.

Allow me to explain a bit more about the Alchemy of Breathing. When we decide to go thru the materialization process of becoming human beings, we are in our natural state of pure light and divine bliss. Our divine spirit than spirals down true the different layer of density, what we call dimensions, and begin to form a physical body within the body of our future mother. In co-creation of existence on Planet Earth, this physical manifestation is build from the Elementscalled the platonic solids.  And here lays the surprise and most important secret…. while we are creating our bodies, and our mothers feel matter growing… all that we feel is the stat of divinely blissful, warm water.
So WATER is the first element we materialize on the planet! And that goes further… ever if we are born and our doctor is hitting our but… we still only feel water…. UNTIL we make the first conscious decision on planet earth – to take the first deep BREATH! In the millisecond we do so, it all comes together as one. Our Breath activates our awareness of being a spiritual being expressed in a physical manifestation – our body awareness and sensory self kick in, the EARTH element is born… and that activates the FIRE of LIFE and SURVIVAL….     the same fire you use when you breath in awareness, the violet flame of transformation and ascension, into your everyday life here and now.
That is the true and infinite power of you SIMPLE BREATHING. And it all happens under the supervision of the HOLY SPIRIT within. Remember to be kind and practice self-compassion, what ever is going on!!

Based on this bigger picture I think it is not hard to understand, that practicing conscious breathing helps improve our well being on a physical level. Which includes pain and symptom release for high blood pressure, migraines, headaches, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, depression, asthma, insomnia, nervousness, self-doubt, concentration loss, muscular tension, bad sleep, and that its a boost for the immune system. But also on a spiritual level we can boost our evolution, by connecting the dots in our mind – when we are in mindful breathing exercise.
Becoming aware of the way we breathe, helps us reconnect to our inner place of peace, in the most challenging situations of everyday life!! Such a simple, build in tool, and such a divine abundance of use for the collective awakening of humanity! So call on the Master Saint Germain and the violet flame for your next conscious step in your personal evolution! You can make it as easy as repeating the prayers below, while reading the text above over and over (make it 3, 7 or 9 or 13 repetitions)!! And try deep breathing the next time you find yourself reaching for a pain reliever, you are feeling stressed out, are depressed, have problems with your sleep or need a momentary extra boost of physical power!

Energetic Support For Healthy Traveling

Dear Friends,
the big holiday season is approaching and I am sure many of you are just as excited as I am, to be on the road again. There is so much to see and discover this magical world and as Buddha sad, we should go ones the year to places we have not been before ;-). So many of us will find themselves on an air plain, a bus or train, traveling to our families and beloved once. Many of us also will feel the conditions of traveling (many people, loud noises, unstable energy field, constant chatter, small spaces,…) as challenging and maybe a bit stressful. So it is a wise move, when we are aware of this challenges and start preparing our nervous system already a week or two ahead. That way we can experience our transitions more smoothly. Here is a list of 9 steps, how to prepare yourself energetically and make your travels more comfortable. Train yourself a little bit (at least to sound and smell), and it will help you keep your personal energy field stable and strong.

1.) Create a Personal Ritual
A ritual is an everyday action, that by intention and repetition is transformed into a sacred act. It can involve the same tools every time, or can be created freely every time it is performed. This conscious charge gives the ritual the power to help you center your energy, recharge your batteries from the source of your inner light or divine connection, and gather your emotions into your physical body – so you can clearly feel what is yours and what is other peoples feeling world. The following steps summon up how it goes.

2.) Train your Senses
First thing to do is choose a smell that you like and that supports you calm down. Either you have a favorite smell already, or you can go for a well known system like Bach Flowers, aura soma, or angel essences. Well known flowers to calm the human nervous system are lavender, chamomile and cedar-wood.     Just make sure to already take your traveling conditions in account. That what you choose is available in a small liquid portion or a paste. Next choose a chair in your household, that creates a sitting position closest to your traveling situation. Sit on this chair every day for at least 5 minutes, close your eyes and meditate, deeply take in your favorite smell and train yourself to relax into this two steps.c3.) Train Conscious Breathing
When after 3-4 days the sitting position is not an obstacle for relaxation anymore and the smell starts becoming familiar, add conscious breathing to the mix. Our breath is truly the most amazing tool mother nature has build into our physical bodies. How we breath, how deep we take everything in, how easy we let go of the breath, and how much we can consciously allow ourselves to let go with it… is in my eyes – the definition – of the free will of every human being. The chance to be responsible in our respond to the world, from the first breath to the last. If you are not used to meditate, pick a breathing technique you are comfortable with and start today!!

4.) Prepare yourself a Playlist:
Indigo Children and Highly Sensitive People tend to react stronger to vibrations than the collective does. Usually they are deeper touched and more likely to feel intensively moved by beautiful music and art. Knowing that much, we can use this everyday challenge for our advantage when traveling. The first item on your list should be your favorite meditation music. But prepare yourself, apart from that, also a nice playlist of smoothing and maybe even transcending music. Above the clouds is a wonderful place to channel your spirit and enjoy a bath in divine light ;-)…

5.) Have a Protection Crystal with you:
When you by a Crystal who has strong characteristics to shield energies and for protection, best is first to clean it. You don’t know what your little friend has already gone true i this world. Simple wash it with the intention and focused awareness, to clean and empty it from the past. Black Tourmaline is an excellent example for a strong protection stone. It helps keeping judgment out of your energy field (the stylish Lady who thinks you under-dressed in your favorite jogging pants, the neighbor unhappy about traveling with children,…) and psychic attacks (aggressive or hate vibrating and consciously directed).

6.) Medical Liquid for your hands and feet:
Many Indigo’s and Highly Sensitive people, especially when in any way involved in healing arts, have their hand and/or their feet chakras constantly open. And many who are effected, are not aware of this fact. What does it mean you might ask? It means that many of us pick up other peoples energies by touching the same handle at the airport, the same toilet seat on the bus, the same security pole in the underground even… you get the picture. And the same for the feet!! So buy yourself a bottle of Medical Liquid like the doctors use before operations and clean your hands and feet as often as you think of it, simple by rubbing it into the skin. You can support the cleansing with your mind, by repeating a simple Mantra like “i let go of everything that is not mine”.images7.) Prepare yourself for the Mind Control:
Before you actually enter a Central Bus Station, Train Station and in particular an Airport, make yourself aware of what kind of system you are entering. All this places are designed to transport as many people as possible, in as short time as possible, from place A to place B. But not only, they are also designed to do that with the highest security possible and the highest control over who is going where. So you can imagine that an energy field of control, limitation, judgment, restriction and general fear is hanging over this kind of places. All energies Indigo’s and High Sensitive people are highly sensitive to and easily effected by. Simple making yourself aware of that fact, already helps navigate the situation with more grace and ease.

8.) Use waiting phases for Meditation:
While we are traveling there is so much time that literally just needs to pass by, so we can get from A to B. So many hours of valuable lifetime, that we need to wait in airports and waiting halls, time that can be used for inner connection and calming interaction with the higher-self. If you have done the chair exercise from step 2, than it should be possible for you to zoom into the inner world, when the outside world gets to crowded and noisy. Just look for a quirt corner, plug in your Earphones, start the meditation music, close your eyes, and concentrate on your breathing. You will see that this way not only your travel experience will feel more smooth, but also the waiting time will seam shorter.

9.) Touch your body:
If  it should happen that with all the holding on to your bags, taking care of the kids, following instructions from the security people and still knowing where your passport is, you forgot to do any of the above mentioned steps – thank take the emergency excess right now. Find an empty toilet, sit down and touch your body centimeter by centimeter, breath deeply and aware, maybe even make sounds if needed (you can quietly hum, that brings your energy into the body and releases stress at the same time) . That will bring you fully back into your physical body and ground your energy.

10.) Use your Tools:
This last one is the easiest and the hardest to do. Use your tools! Think of what it is you really need, when it looks like you get overwhelmed. Call in your Spirit Guides, breath deeply and connected, smell your favorite smell and talk to your Crystal. Do what ever it takes to bring your full awareness back into the moment, your physical body, the current situation.aDear Ones, I hope this tips will help you to bring more comfort, more relaxation and stability into your travels. That you find fun on creating yourself a personal little travel ritual and travel kit to go with it, and that where ever you go, you are safe and blessed with divine guidance.

Understanding Universal Context – The Sacred Geometry Of Yoga

quite a while ago I shared this article about the Alchemy of Conscious Breathing and how it leads us to the Golden Path of Ascension. The teachings of this Golden Path are for many known as the guidance of the second divine ray of the highways of sound and light in the universe, that transmits to us the I AM awareness of our golden Christ Consciousness. Many Ascended Master have walked that path and helped extending the powers of our divine abilities that way. One of this Masters from the Golden Ray, most important for our collective awakening process right now, is the Ascended Masters for World Peace “Surya”. Surya is a God from the Hindu tradition, a world teacher from our sister planet Sirius and representative of the Great Central Sun. His 12 names as Sun God of the Hindus, as the 12 names of the Sun Prayer Yoga Positions.
This is a direct indication that in the profound teachings behind the physical positions, there are 12 keys to ascending our physical body into higher levels of consciousness. When we today create this bridge from the energetic field of Master Surya to the physical expressions of Yoga, we also need to be aware of the shapes and shades of Sacred Geometry that our bodies are building during the exercise. An awareness that leads the Yoga practitioner from the performance of rigid movements, to the deeper layers and blessings of the Yoga Path.

Constantly translating our divine origin into physical manifestation on planet earth, based on the process of photosynthesis, and created by the 5 Elements, known as the Platonic Solids. And this is where another Master comes in, the founder of today’s understanding of mathematics, Pythagoras. And where there is the energy field of Master Pythagoras, who uncovered the mathematical and geometrical basis for life, there is profound wisdom about sacred geometry and how it shapes, shifts and moves human life on planet earth.

In the picture above you can see the sacred shapes of the elements, in 3dimensional form. The one below shows ancient stone balls found in Oxford, in the shape of the Sacred Geometry of the Platonic Solids, which means the knowledge about the elements is around even much longer than any Yoga tradition.

Yoga practices in essence has the sense to integrate this knowledge of the multi-dimensional shapes of our inner sacred geometry, as a method of God Realization. This happens by creating thru conscious breathing a wider space in the physical body, so it can align with our light bodies higher vibration. When we now practicing the “sun salutation” cycle on a regular base, holding the awareness of all this insides in our mind while practicing, we can connect with a profound inner strength, improve our overall health and even experience Cosmic Consciousness that way.

Ashmolean-plato-solidsHere you can see which name is relate to which physical pose, and therefor what kind of energy frequency they are creating in your physical body. Be kind to yourself and don’t expect to much! Go step by step. Start of with just one part of it all. As soon as you are fluent in this part, you can start building up by adding for example the awareness of the divine Names to the mix. When this has settled in you can go on and hum, contemplate or sing the Gayatry Mantra during your conscious breathing and physical movement.

Allow me also to remind you again of the violet flame of transformation and transmutation. The Ascended Master Saint Germain and all the other representatives of the divine violet fire. Integrating the awareness of the violet flame of transformation into the flow of our practice, will increase the impact of our work even more. Be playful, give it a try and watch your divinity unfold within you!!!

I hope this steps by step guide helps you increase the effectiveness of your Yoga practice and inner work! That your understanding and inner peace may spread into your family, friendship circle and community. Master Lemuel – Our Guidance Into Oneness With The Elements

some month ago I shared in my post “The Alchemy of Conscious Breathing” how our physical body is build of spirit and the earths elements, the platonic solids. In “Awakening The Inner Alchemist in the Violet Fire of Ascension“, we talked about using the inner fire to transcend lower body emotions into higher vibrations. Over the last few days the energy fields of the Twin Flame Couple God and Goddess Meru and Mother Mary have introduced us to the magic of Lemuria‘s harmony with the elemental realms. And now the upcoming Pisces New Moon and Total Solar Eclipse invites us to understand the elements in our physical bodies, and our oneness with planet earth. While the tides and the tectonic plates are changing and turning to a new earth tune, our dance of life is changing with them.

In the realms of the Ascended Masters, it is the loving power of Lemuel that allows us to feel this inner world of the elements the deepest. As he is the guardian of Lemuria’s energy field, the wisdom of the divine blueprint of balance and harmony for our manifestation of the Golden Age of Aquarius on planet earth. Sit on this chair every day for at least 5 minutes, close your eyes and meditate, deeply take in your favorite smell and train yourself to relax into this two steps.

3.) Train Conscious Breathing
When after 3-4 days the sitting position is not an obstacle for relaxation anymore and the smell starts becoming familiar, add conscious breathing to the mix. Our breath is truly the most amazing tool mother nature has build into our physical bodies. How we breath, how deep we take everything in, how easy we let go of the breath, and how much we can consciously allow ourselves to let go with it… is in my eyes – the definition – of the free will of every human being. The chance to be responsible in our respond to the world, from the first breath to the last. If you are not used to meditate, pick a breathing technique you are comfortable with and start today!!imagesd4.) Prepare yourself a Playlist:
Indigo Children and Highly Sensitive People tend to react stronger to vibrations than the collective does. Usually they are deeper touched and more likely to feel intensively moved by beautiful music and art. Knowing that much, we can use this everyday challenge for our advantage when traveling. The first item on your list should be your favorite meditation music. But prepare yourself, apart from that, also a nice playlist of smoothing and maybe even transcending music. Above the clouds is a wonderful place to channel your spirit and enjoy a bath in divine light ;-)…

5.) Have a Protection Crystal with you:
When you by a Crystal who has strong characteristics to shield energies and for protection, best is first to clean it. You don’t know what your little friend has already gone true i this world. Simple wash it with the intention and focused awareness, to clean and empty it from the past. Black Tourmaline is an excellent example for a strong protection stone. It helps keeping judgment out of your energy field (the stylish Lady who thinks you under-dressed in your favorite jogging pants, the neighbor unhappy about traveling with children,…) and psychic attacks (aggressive or hate vibrating and consciously directed).

6.) Medical Liquid for your hands and feet:
Many Indigo’s and Highly Sensitive people, especially when in any way involved in healing arts, have their hand and/or their feet chakras constantly open. And many who are effected, are not aware of this fact. What does it mean you might ask? It means that many of us pick up other peoples energies by touching the same handle at the airport, the same toilet seat on the bus, the same security pole in the underground even… you get the picture. And the same for the feet!! So buy yourself a bottle of Medical Liquid like the doctors use before operations and clean your hands and feet as often as you think of it, simple by rubbing it into the skin. You can support the cleansing with your mind, by repeating a simple Mantra like “i let go of everything that is not mine”.

7.) Prepare yourself for the Mind Control:
Before you actually enter a Central Bus Station, Train Station and in particular an Airport, make yourself aware of what kind of system you are entering. All this places are designed to transport as many people as possible, in as short time as possible, from place A to place B. But not only, they are also designed to do that with the highest security possible and the highest control over who is going where. So you can imagine that an energy field of control, limitation, judgement, restriction and general fear is hanging over this kind of places. All energies Indigo’s and High Sensitive people are highly sensitive to and easily effected by. Simple making yourself aware of that fact, already helps navigate the situation with more grace and ease.yoga-room-AP8.) Use waiting phases for Meditation:
While we are traveling there is so much time that literally just needs to pass by, so we can get from A to B. So many hours of valuable lifetime, that we need to wait in airports and waiting halls, time that can be used for inner connection and calming interaction with the higher-self. If you have done the chair exercise from step 2, than it should be possible for you to zoom into the inner world, when the outside world gets to crowded and noisy. Just look for a quirt corner, plug in your Earphones, start the meditation music, close your eyes, and concentrate on your breathing. You will see that this way not only your travel experience will feel more smooth, but also the waiting time will seam shorter.

9.) Touch your body:
If  it should happen that with all the holding on to your bags, taking care of the kids, following instructions from the security people and still knowing where your passport is, you forgot to do any of the above mentioned steps – thank take the emergency excess right now. Find an empty toilet, sit down and touch your body centimeter by centimeter, breath deeply and aware, maybe even make sounds if needed (you can quietly hum, that brings your energy into the body and releases stress at the same time) . That will bring you fully back into your physical body and ground your energy.

10.) Use your Tools:
This last one is the easiest and the hardest to do. Use your tools! Think of what it is you really need, when it looks like you get overwhelmed. Call in your Spirit Guides, breath deeply and connected, smell your favorite smell and talk to your Crystal. Do what ever it takes to bring your full awareness back into the moment, your physical body, the current situation.

Yoga Practice & The Peace Master Surya

Dear Friends,
in yesterdays post about the co-operation of the current Ascended Masters for World Peace, I mentioned that Master Surya is a Teacher from our sister planet Sirius. The planet often spoken of as the Great Central Sun. Therefor, apart from his role as peaceful leader, Master Surya is in the Hindu tradition also known as one of the 108 manifestations of “The Sun God”. When we today create the bridge from the energetic field of Master Surya to the physical expression levels of Yoga, allow me more than ever to remind you of the Alchemy of Conscious Breathing! An awareness that leads the Yoga practitioner from the performance of rigid movements, to the deeper layers and blessings of the Yoga Path.
In Hindu teachings Surya is considered the only visible form of God, that can be SEEN in the abundant colors of every days life. Surya is our connection to the radiant white light of the “source of life itself”. The Buddhist belief system points out that what human beings experience of “SELF”, is flexible, moving and ever changing. Translating our divine origin into physical manifestation on planet earth, is based on the process of photosynthesis. In this, the physical bodies of human beings are no exception. This awareness gives us access to the powerful “build in tool” of consciously approaching an internal process of Alchemy, by excepting the many blessings of the sun. To practicing the “sun salutation” cycle on a regular base, will connect you with inner strength and improve your overall health. In the Hindu tradition this is widely known as the ancient system of yoga exercises called “Surya Namaskara”.
In the pictures below you can see which Mantra is relate to which pose, and therefor what kind of energy frequency they are creating in your physical body. Be kind to yourself and don’t expect to much! Go step by step. As soon as you are fluent in this part, you can start building up by adding the awareness of the divine Names to the mix. When this has settled in you can go on and hum, contemplate or sing the Gayatry Mantra during your conscious breathing and physical movement.

I wanna remind you again of the violet flame of transformation and transmutation. The Ascended Master Saint Germain and all the other representatives of the divine violet fire. Depending on what your current inner theme is, they are there to help us excess profound dimensional layer to the magical “Work in Progress”, that a spiritual practice is. We need to stay focused and work with perseverance on all the feelings that are coming up, embracing what is there, and than allow it to change…so we can move on from it!
I hope this steps by step “sunshine and bliss manifestation guide”, helps you increase the effectiveness of your Yoga practice and inner work!  That you find others to create your version of a peacefully Golden Age of Humanity. And that your peace may spread into your family, friendship circle and community. Don’t forget to keep breathing deeply whenever you feel the presence of the Master flowing thru you, like a radiant river of divine light! The Alchemy of Conscious Breathing – The Golden Path of Ascension

Dear Friends,
do you remember my post about awakening the Inner Alchemist? In this article I talked about the Ascended Master Saint Germain and the violet flame of transformation, he is providing as his divine quality. This flame is the representation of the sacred inner fire of Alchemy (our capability to change and transform our momentary state of being – into a higher vibrating version of our TRUE SELF), and this fire needs your passionate breathing to stay alive and hungry. To be more specific: the intensity in which the fire of transformation inside you is burning – depends on your conscious understanding and conscious use of your breath. And, the more profound your understanding of the Magic and Alchemy your own breath is providing, the more alive, blissful and inter-connected it makes you feel – to simply breath in and out LIFE ITSELF.

So allow me to explain a bit more about the Alchemy of Breathing. When we decide to go thru the materialization process of becoming human beings, we are in our natural state of pure light and divine bliss. Our divine spirit than spirals down true the different layer of density, what we call dimensions, and begin to form a physical body within the body of our future mother. In co-creation of existence on Planet Earth, this physical manifestation is build from the Elementscalled the platonic solids.  And here lays the surprise and most important secret…. while we are creating our bodies, and our mothers feel matter growing… all that we feel is the stat of divinely blissful, warm water. So WATER is the first element we materialize on the planet! And that goes further… ever if we are born and our doctor is hitting our but… we still only feel water…. UNTIL we make the first conscious decision on planet earth – to take the first deep BREATH! In the millisecond we do so, it all comes together as one. Our Breath activates our awareness of being a spiritual being expressed in a physical manifestation – our body awareness and sensory self kick in, the EARTH element is born… and that activates the FIRE of LIFE and SURVIVAL….     the same fire you use when you breath in awareness, the violet flame of transformation and ascension, into your everyday life here and now.
That is the true and infinite power of you SIMPLE BREATHING. And it all happens under the supervision of the HOLY SPIRIT within.

platonic-solids-and-elementsBased on this bigger picture I think it is not hard to understand, that practicing conscious breathing helps improve our well being on a physical level. Which includes pain and symptom release for high blood pressure, migraines, headaches, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, depression, asthma, insomnia, nervousness, self-doubt, concentration loss, muscular tension, bad sleep, and that its a boost for the immune system. But also on a spiritual level we can boost our evolution, by connecting the dots in our mind – when we are in mindful breathing exercise. Becoming aware of the way we breathe, helps us reconnect to our inner place of peace, in the most challenging situations of everyday life!! Such a simple, build in tool, and such a divine abundance of use for the collective awakening of humanity! So call on the Master Saint Germain and the violet flame for your next conscious step in your personal evolution! You can make it as easy as repeating the prayers below, while reading the text above over and over (make it 3, 7 or 9 or 13 repetitions)!! And try deep breathing the next time you find yourself reaching for a pain reliever, you are feeling stressed out, are depressed, have problems with your sleep or need a momentary extra boost of physical power!

IMG_0133In general there is not “one correct way” of breathing. There are particular breathing techniques for yoga, for power walking, for swimming, a proper breathing for martial arts, a technique for taichi, playing the trumpet requires different breathing than singing does, and so on. You get my point! Anyway, here are four techniques you can give a try – in case you don’t have a favorite version jet!

#1: to practice in a private environment

  • Sit cross-legged in a dark, quiet room.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Using your thumb, cover up your right nostril, and breathe deeply through your left nostril for a count of 6.
  • Pause for a count of 2.
  • Remove your thumb, and cover your left nostril with your forefinger, and exhale completely through your right nostril for a count of 6.
  • Repeat 10 to 15 times.

#2: to practice in public spaces

  • Close your eyes if you can.
  • Inhale through your nose evenly and deeply for a count of 8.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Exhale completely through your nose for a count of 8.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Repeat 10 to 15 times.

#3: to help you fall asleep

  • Keeping your eyes closed, and lying flat on your back in bed, deeply inhale through your nose for a count of 6.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Slowly exhale completely through your nose for a count of 6.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Deeply inhale through your nose for a count of 8.
  • Pause for a count of 3.
  • Exhale completely through your nose for a count of 8.
  • Repeat steps, each time increasing the count by two until you stretch your breath out for as many counts as you can—try to get to 12! Once you’ve done this, repeat 10 times.

#4: for deep relaxation

For even deeper relaxation, try focusing on an affirmation during your inhales and exhales. Think the words “I” on your inhale and “AM” , can, do, feel, (what ever works for your situation – be creative!!) …. on your exhale….. Keep doing that for 3-5minutes and deeper layer can open from inside.BreathI hope this steps help to make you feel safe and confident while going thru the intense waves of our collective changes these days!! Remember to be kind and practice self-compassion, what ever is going on!! And allow your breath to guide you to a beautiful “deeper connection” with your true “higher self”!
