In daily life we keep ourselves busy so that we stay on our toes and reach the goals we seek. It’s a good thing on principle to learn and grow, but sometimes we need a little break, a slow down of the busy energies. To remind ourselves of what is really important in life and of how valuable taking time for our friendships and beloved ones really is. If you spent daily a minimum of 10 minutes to clarify with yourself how wonderful you are, what a wonderful thing it is to be alive and what you hold to be most valuable for you, than you find more appreciation in your daily routine and things can happen with more ease.
Here are some things to try, to live by and remind yourself on a daily base. Also I encourage you to write down your own daily reminder, your very personal little list, and read them each morning before you start engaging with other people.

1. Know that you are powerful beyond your recognition. Be aware that your energy field is attracting things into your life. Stay positive and more positive things will come!

2. Your thoughts become reality. Keep your mind clear. Keep it clean from negativity. Have a prayer that helps you forgive what you see and stay positive yourself!

3. Forgiveness leads to high vibration. Forgiveness helps moving on from the things that are balast in life. Let go and create a new happy version of yourself.

4. Life is short, don’t sweat the small stuff. Let things go with ease. Train yourself not to hold on to the little annoyances!

5. Love yourself unconditionally. Train to thing loving and kind thoughts about yourself!

6. Every day is a new day. Start fresh and let go of the past. Every moment is a chance for a new beginning! USE IT!

index7. The darkest moments in life only make us stronger. Allow life sometimes to be hard and know, you will come out of the tunnel feeling stronger and clearer!

8. Believe in miracles. No matter if they happen to you or not! If you beliefe, they at least have a chance to appear in your life!

There are tons of soul relate experiences and personal human choices, that make the abundant human expression so colorful. And, there are some things that people, who chose to live society conform, have in common. When asked at their deathbed, at the heights of emotions – released by facing their mortality, what their biggest regrets are, these are the five most common answers:

1.) I wish I had been true to myself.
There are “laws of humanity”, represented by the Native American population of the planet. These laws are translations of the “Hermetic laws”, the natural ways of the universal forces. One of them states: Human kind needs to live in “AUTHENTICITY AND HONESTY IN THOUGHT, WORD AND ACTION”, in order to manifest the “Golden Age of Aquarius” or “Golden Age of Humanity”. In society we are asked to be conform with the collective need and simple fit in. The healthier path is, to be true to yourself!! To listen very well to your inner voice of purity, Only if we honor ourselves, our needs and abilities, can we live the life we desire to manifest. We live in a RESPONSIVE UNIVERSE!

 

2.) I wish I hadn’t worked so much.
Make sure you are challenging yourself to grow from inside! Develop a natural hunger for the transformational nature of your true self! If you have a feeling for natural growth that emerges from inside, it is easier to replace societies unhealthy habit of working to much. Don’t allow yourself to be entangled in the over productivity the outside demands! Rather seek to release their pressure and weight from your shoulders. Everything in life needs balance!!! Playfully produce and rest in equal amounts of time and, LOVE what you do with all your heart!!!

3.)I wish I had been brave in the face of my fears.
To often we allow our emotional pain body, the inner child or simple another timeline, to take over  and demand the outcome of a situation. Fear is best concord by PRESENCE! Be present when fear strikes! One way to do that is, to make yourself familiar with the transformational power of death. Don’t get me wrong, I am not talking about your precious physical body :-)! To study the nature of death will enable you to develop courage. This courage helps you to face your fears. Transformation and a sense of true freedom is a natural result.

4.) I wish I hadn’t neglected my friendships.
Human life circles a lot around how we experience our relationships. From the moment we appear as “the one” on Mother Earth, till the moment we die – our growth as human beings is deeply connected to the once we are in relation with. We have the capacity to create this relationships with other human beings but  also Healing Crystals, nature, animals, Ascended Masters, Angels and more. In all this diversity, it feels good to find some comfort and stability in long term friendships. Staying in relation challenges the human being to grow in forgiveness, compassion and expands our budget to give.

Tip: Make space in your busy calender to have time for friendships! Reserve a special time, on a particular weekday for interaction with your friends, and make sure you meet somebody you like, trust and enjoy hanging out with.

Decide from today on, to make conscious steps every day to increase the happiness level in your everyday life. Make time for meditation, for nature, for a walk on the beach or a run in the woods with your dog. Make sure you are laughing at least once the day!! If you are an Empath, spend enough time with children and animals. Their innocent and pure approach to life fills up the “happy account”! Spoil yourself with the conscious goal to listen to the desires of your soul to feel blissful, happy and free.

You deserve to be loved not only by those around you but by the most important person in your life — YOU. Practicing self-love can be challenging for many of us, especially in times when we face serious challenges. It’s not about being self-absorbed or narcissistic, it’s about getting in touch with ourselves, our well-being and our happiness. We practice self-love so we can push through our limiting beliefs and live a life that truly shines.

So do yourself a favor, take a deep breath, give yourself a little hug and start practicing the following:

  1. Start each day by telling yourself something really positive. How well you handled a situation, how lovely you look today. Anything that will make you smile.
  2. Fill your body with food and drink that nourishes it and makes it thrive.

  27. Find your happy place. Where’s the one place you feel totally at ease, calm, happy, positive, high on life? Go to that place when you are going through hard times, or imagine yourself being there. Think about how it feels, what it smells like, what it looks like.
  28. The next time you are feeling happy and on top of the world make a list of your best qualities and accomplishments. It may sound a little corny, but it can be a wonderful reminder when you are having a day that’s less than amazing.

The most important decision of your life, the one that will affect every other decision you make, is the commitment to love and accept yourself. It directly affects the quality of your relationships, your work, your free time, your faith, and your future. Why then is this so difficult to do?

Your Family of Origin

I grew up with nine siblings. I had two older brothers, three older sisters, three younger sisters, and a younger brother.
I never fit in. My sisters were tall and thin with beautiful, long, lush hair. By eleven years old, I was short and very curvy. My hair was fine, thin, and wild.
For the most part, my siblings did as they were told. I was outspoken, out-of-control and rebellious.
I wore my sister’s hand-me-down school uniforms. I rolled up the hems on the skirts and popped buttons on the blouses. My look was unkempt.
I was teased and bullied at home and at school. Yet I didn’t go quietly into the night. I fought for my place in my family. To protect myself, I developed a good punch and grew a sharp tongue.

 

I was 27 years old and married with four children when I became desperate enough to seek out my first therapist. I felt alone, stuck, and unlovable. I was determined to change.

After six months of working through my childhood issues, old thoughts, beliefs, and events, I felt alive again. It was like stripping off several layers of paint from an antique piece of furniture. I found myself restored to my original beauty.

We’re taught by society that our worth is found in the idols of our culture—technology, status, youth, sex, power, money, attractiveness, and romantic relationships.

If you base your self worth on the external world, you’ll never be capable of self-love.

Your inner critic will flood you with thoughts of, “I’m not enough, I don’t have enough, and I don’t do enough.”
Feelings of lack are never-ending. Every time a goal is reached or you possess the next big thing, your ego will move the line.

Shift Your Self-Perception

Feeling worthy requires you to see yourself with fresh eyes of self-awareness, , and love. Acceptance and love must come from within.
You don’t have to be different to be worthy. Your worth is in your true nature, a core of love and inner goodness. You are a beautiful light. You are love. We can bury our magnificence, but it’s impossible to destroy.
Loving ourselves isn’t a one time event. It’s an endless, moment by moment ongoing process.

5. Expand your interests. Try something new. Learn a language. Go places you’ve never been. Do things you haven’t done before. You have a right to an awesome life.

6. Enjoy life enhancing activities. Find exercise you like. Discover healthy foods that are good for you. Turn off technology for a day and spend time doing things that make you feel alive.

7. Become willing to surrender. Breathe, relax, and let go. You can never see the whole picture. You don’t know what anything is for. Stop fighting against yourself by thinking and desiring people and events in your life should be different. Your plan may be different from your soul’s intentions.

17. Be real. Speak up and speak out. Allow yourself to be seen, known, and heard. Get comfortable with intimacy (in-to-me-see).

18. Focus on the positive. Go to your heart and dwell on and praise yourself for what you get right in all areas.

19. Become aware of self neglect and rejection. Become conscious of your choices. Ask yourself several times throughout the day, “Does this choice honor me?”

20. Imagine what your life would look like if you believed in your worth. Dedicate your life to loving you. Make it your main event.

21. Seek professional help. Self-rejection and neglect is painful. You deserve to be happy. You have a right to be accepted and loved. If necessary, seek help from a support group, counselor, or coach. It’s the best investment you can make.

Because we are all interconnected, when I love me, I also love you. Together through our love, we can heal ourselves, each other, and the world. Love is our purpose, our true calling. It begins with and within each of us.
