Synchronicity, Number Sequences & Angel Messages
In this very special time of our transition into the Golden Age of Aquarius, synchronicity for the human collective is aligning with the universal number language. What does that mean? It means that timelines open, and for thousands of people the energetic understanding of number sequences (as 222,333,444,11:11,…), sacred geometries and even music (when composing music, you can choose to write it down either in a note or in a number and every musician can read it that way – it is the direct translation of “everything is vibration”) will grow. 6 Abilities An Awakening Men Desires In A Woman

Sacred-Masculine-Feminineby Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
the other day I had an amazing conversation with a close friend of mine. He is a beautiful man, who I know is seeking awakening within himself. A true love seeker waiting for a chance, to manifest all the amazing things he found inside – in co-creation with a woman in the outside world. Being aware of all that, I was really interested in his feelings about what an awakening man truly desires in women these days. Read below what he shared with me:

1) An awakened man wants your true authentic self:
An man on the awakening path, needs a woman who knows herself. A woman who clearly is aware of her core values, strong and centered enough not to change – just to be with him. A woman who does not feel the need to prove herself to anyone. Not to him, not to the outside world. A woman who knows how to communicate, live and share her desires. He will be grateful to her, as long as she shares her true authentic self with him. The loving, inspiring and embracing parts of your true being, as much as the challenging and not so comforting parts. A woman willing to take full responsibility for her being, and her own feelings.

2) He needs her to generate her own happiness:
An evolved man wants to share his life with a woman, in love with her own life and being. He desires her radiant joy to be present in the room, when ever he is with her. I am not talking about faking it or denying, that there will be tough times. He simply wants her aware enough to know, that she’s responsible for her own happiness. He needs her to live connected to her own inner source of radiance and happiness, and share whatever she generates from this source with the world. A sign of an awakening man!! He is interested in her sharing with the world, not jealously watching her to make sure she is not giving to much away!! In an new world paradigm relationship both partners are aware, that sharing their capacity to love with the world – will also benefit the loving energy-flow within the intimate relationship.anima_and_animo3) He desires to feel her love flowing towards him freely:
I believe this is one of the key-abilities we need to gain back as human collective and, that men AND women deeply desire to feel free again in loving each other. Jesus Christ told us that – we have to become children again – in order to enter the kingdom of heaven. Well, do you remember how it was when you where a child and met your best friend, your closest soul…. how you run to them, how you embraced them with all your being, how you exhaled little sounds of delight – simple for seeing him/her again!!??
This kind of fearless radiant love is it, an evolved man desires to feel from his partner. Willi Nelson expressed this beautifully in one of his songs… “She is not ashamed to be a woman, she is not afraid to be a friend. Loving her is easier, than anything I will ever do again”.

4) He needs her to be supportive:
A man on his awakening path does not think of himself as perfect. To the opposite, if he is wise he knows – growing, shifting and changing is part of our existence here on earth and where we failed yesterday – already today we have a chance to succeed. That is why he needs his woman to love him unconditionally, while she needs to be profoundly aware of his imperfections. He wants her to help him hold his own inner light against them, so he feels the freedom to evolve – free of judgment about his former words and deeds. He needs her to hold her own space – never abuse herself to “safe” him, AND to be there when ever she can – to share her authentic truth. He wants her to hold him accountable to his highest potential as a man, in a loving and respectful manner. And he needs her to call him on his bullshit, if she sees him acting out of integrity or playing small in his life.

5.) Honest and clear communication:
The one thing that woman need to understand is, most men aren’t equipped to read minds and also not to read subtle clues. Evolved couples communicate!!! They do so – in a deeply vulnerably manner, with appreciation for each others differences and, with the ultimate goal of creating a win-win situation for both. Man need to get out of their comfort zone, and talk about their feeling. Women need to stop throwing hints and manipulating, and choose an honest expression of their own authentic desire instead. An intimate relationship is a powerful tool for personal evolution. An awakening man knows to appreciate, that he’ll always be growing and evolving – if he has a truthfully communicating partner at his side.sea6) He needs her feminine surrender:
Now don’t get me wrong, this is not about regressing to surrendering your fate to “the man”. It is about giving our deepest inner feminine energies, to the deepest inner masculine energies of our partner. It is about the ability to relax into his embrace and trust him. To let him feel – that what ever happened between “MEN” and the woman he is dating in this very moment, you trust him NOW. And that you will do everything to protect your mutual relationship, from the negative impact you might still carry inside from former relations. It is about opening this beautiful flower of life, every woman’s body and mind is, and allow him to enter with his whole being. An awakening man desires a woman who trusts his commitment, to serving a life purpose beyond his own little tyrant ego’s wishes. No hidden corners, no back-doors, no withholding, no negotiations; than you are truly his and he is truly yours!!

So Ladies “Good News”!! The bigger picture is quite simple, an evolved man doesn’t actually want anything in particular from a woman other than her authentic self! I hope this conclusions bring inspiration and hope into your life!! And, that your next relationship will be based on values co clear and strong, that it may last, and last, and lastThank you for making the world a more beautiful place with your courage!!
Blessings an Love ;-)!

Three Causes of Spiritual Illness

8467e319fdc9ccd9cfa2b1ae5e3afea1Dear Friends,
we have been undergoing so many intense changes in the last weeks, we still need some time to integrate the complexity of it all. This is a beautiful article about the power of our manifestation abilities – this time about physical illness in the human body. It explains clear and loud how we are the creator of our own illnesses. At the moment this 3 basic causes are creating a lot of suffering, pain, medical needs and misunderstanding in this world. I hope you feel encouraged to be brave and inspired to take care of yourself. Remove yourself from workplaces, friendships and relationships that cause you the creation of illness. Set yourself free for negative impacts and your life will thrive!!!! I hope this will inspire you to act on your self-love!
Love and Blessings

Three Causes of Spiritual Illness

As we pass through life on the physical plane, things happen. We contract flues and colds and viruses, and we sustain physical injuries, like falling off our bikes as children or experiencing sports injuries. As adults, we may throw our back out or experience a serious car accident, in the process, acquiring bruises, cuts, sprains, infections, lacerations, and sometimes broken bones.
Some of us may also experience serious illnesses of an internal nature like cancer or hepatitis, heart disease or multiple sclerosis. Eventually we pass through old age and the progressive infirmity and death of the physical body. These are the givens–they are all to be expected as part of what it means to be an embodied, living being. But these are all effects, and what the shaman is primarily interested in is the cause.

Cause and Effect

In looking through the shamanic healer’s eyes, the ultimate causes of virtually all illness are to be found within the imaginal realms–in those same regions from which illness derives its initial power to affect us adversely. Because of this, it is not enough to simply suppress the effects of illness with medication on the physical plane and hope for the best. For true healing to occur, the causes of the illness must be addressed.
From the shaman’s perspective, there are three classic causes of illness, and interestingly, they are not microbes or bacteria or viruses. Rather, they are negative internal states that appear within us in response to negative or traumatic life experiences. The first among these is disharmony.

feeling-emotionDisharmony

Disharmony is what we experience when life suddenly loses its meaning or when we have lost an important connection to life. Let’s take the case of an elderly couple who have had a long marriage, and suddenly one of them dies. They may not have had a perfect relationship, yet there is a deep bond between them because of all they have shared together. The survivor may go into crisis upon the loss of their mate, and within a short time, he or she may come down with something medically challenging, like cancer. Suddenly, they’re gone too.
That’s disharmony.  The state of disharmony that we experience in response to such life situations causes a diminishing e of our personal power. This can happen in a subtle manner on the one hand, or in a catastrophic, life-shaking way on the other like losing your job, and in the process losing your livelihood. When we experience dis-empowerment, or “power loss,” it affects our energetic matrix, rendering us vulnerable to illness.

Fear

The second classic cause of illness is fear. A person who is walking around with a chronic sense of fear gnawing away at them is doubly vulnerable to illness because their anxiety aggressively and progressively diminishes their sense of well-being, and this, in turn, affects their feeling of being safe in the world.
This sense of well-being is the base upon which our personal health system stands. When this foundation is affected negatively, it diminishes the ability of our immune system to function. And when our immune system goes down, we’re in trouble.
It’s not too difficult to see that there is a feedback mechanism at work here. Fear, and the anxiety it creates, produces disharmony. In the same breath, disharmony generates fear, and if the two of them are working together, it doubly affects the protective mantle of the body’s immune system, as well as the energetic matrix. Illness is the inevitable result.
It is no surprise to Western medical practitioners that disharmony and fear can manifest themselves in diseases that are recognizable to science. Almost 500 years ago, the Renaissance physician Paracelsus observed that “the fear of disease is more dangerous than the disease itself.”
This brings us to consider the third classic cause of illness–the phenomenon known to indigenous healers as soul loss.i-am-by-amy-elyse-stringer-london

Soul Loss

Among the traditional, soul loss is regarded as the most serious diagnosis and the major cause of premature death and serious illness, yet curiously, it’s not even mentioned in our Western medical textbooks. The closest acknowledged context is “He/she has lost the will to live”.
In Western society, soul loss is most easily understood as damage to a person’s life essence, a phenomenon that usually occurs in response to trauma. When the trauma are severe, this may result in a fragmentation of that person’s soul cluster, with the shattered soul parts dissociating, fleeing an intolerable situation. In overwhelming circumstances, these soul parts may not return.
The causes of soul loss can be many and varied. There may be traumatic perinatal issues that happen around the child’s birth experience such as arriving into life only to discover that they are not wanted, or that they are the wrong gender—they’ve come in as a girl when everyone was hoping for a boy.
Soul loss can also occur when a child is mercilessly bullied or teased at home or at school, day after day, or when a young person is molested by the one who is supposed to be caring for them. When someone has been raped or assaulted, has suffered a shocking betrayal, a bitter divorce, a traumatic abortion, a terrible car accident, or even a serious surgery, soul loss is assured.
Many of the young men and women who were sent to war in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Vietnam, Korea and beyond, came home personally damaged because they had suffered terrible soul loss. Our medical specialists labeled their disorders as post-traumatic stress syndrome, but they had little to offer these “walking wounded” in terms of true healing, and many who survived are still deeply traumatized at the soul level by what happened to them in war.

Symptoms of Soul Loss

Soul loss is easily recognizable if you know what you’re looking for. Here’s a checklist of some of the classic symptoms:

  • feelings of being fragmented, of not being all here.
  • blocked memory–an inability to remember parts of one’s life.
  • an inability to feel love or receive love from another.
  • emotional remoteness.
  • a sudden onset of apathy or listlessness.
  • a lack of initiative or enthusiasm.
  • a lack of joy.
  • a failure to thrive.
  • an inability to make decisions.
  • an inability to discriminate.
  • chronic negativity.
  • addictions.
  • suicidal tendencies.
  • melancholy or despair.
  • chronic depression.

Perhaps the most common symptom of soul loss is depression. In the early 1990s, Time magazine did a cover story on depression in America that revealed 60 million Americans were taking anti-depressant drugs on a daily basis, representing about 30% of our population.
Today that number is closer to 80 million, representing about 40% of society at large, and sometimes that number jumps in response to a national trauma. On the Friday following 9/11, a television newscast revealed that 7 out of 10 Americans polled were experiencing significant depression in response to the tragedy, an indicator of soul loss on a national scale.
Although the term “soul loss” is not familiar to most Westerners, examples of it are expressed daily in our language and descriptions of personal hardships. Media interviews and news reports include individuals’ comments such as “I lost a part of myself when that (trauma) happened” and “I have not been the same since.” When discussing soul loss with inquiring individuals, most everyone has a sense of having lost a “part” of themselves at some time in life, yet virtually no one has the awareness that the missing part(s) could be recovered. They can.

10 Daily reminder to keep you happy and grounded

Man's leg sticking out of water

Man’s leg sticking out of water

In daily life we keep ourselves busy so that we stay on our toes and reach the goals we seek. It’s a good thing on principle to learn and grow, but sometimes we need a little break, a slow down of the busy energies. To remind ourselves of what is really important in life and of how valuable taking time for our friendships and beloved ones really is. If you spent daily a minimum of 10 minutes to clarify with yourself how wonderful you are, what a wonderful thing it is to be alive and what you hold to be most valuable for you, than you find more appreciation in your daily routine and things can happen with more ease.
Here are some things to try, to live by and remind yourself on a daily base. Also I encourage you to write down your own daily reminder, your very personal little list, and read them each morning before you start engaging with other people.

10 Daily Reminder

1. Know that you are powerful beyond your recognition. Be aware that your energy field is attracting things into your life. Stay positive and more positive things will come!

2. Your thoughts become reality. Keep your mind clear. Keep it clean from negativity. Have a prayer that helps you forgive what you see and stay positive yourself!

3. Forgiveness leads to high vibration. Forgiveness helps moving on from the things that are balast in life. Let go and create a new happy version of yourself.

4. Life is short, don’t sweat the small stuff. Let things go with ease. Train yourself not to hold on to the little annoyances!

5. Love yourself unconditionally. Train to thing loving and kind thoughts about yourself!

6. Every day is a new day. Start fresh and let go of the past. Every moment is a chance for a new beginning! USE IT!

index7. The darkest moments in life only make us stronger. Allow life sometimes to be hard and know, you will come out of the tunnel feeling stronger and clearer!

8. Believe in miracles. No matter if they happen to you or not! If you beliefe, they at least have a chance to appear in your life!

9. Be fearless in your convictions. Stand up for what you beliefe in and stick to it untill it manifests into your life!

10. Follow your own path. Feel who you really are and life that way!

These are the 5 Biggest Regrets People Have On Their Deathbed

deathbedThere are a lot of things in life that are as individual as the 7 billion people on the planet. There are tons of soul relate experiences and personal human choices, that make the abundant human expression so colorful. And, there are some things that people, who chose to live society conform, have in common. When asked at their deathbed, at the heights of emotions – released by facing their mortality, what their biggest regrets are, these are the five most common answers:

1.) I wish I had been true to myself.
There are “laws of humanity”, represented by the Native American population of the planet. These laws are translations of the “Hermetic laws”, the natural ways of the universal forces. One of them states: Human kind needs to live in “AUTHENTICITY AND HONESTY IN THOUGHT, WORD AND ACTION”, in order to manifest the “Golden Age of Aquarius” or “Golden Age of Humanity”. In society we are asked to be conform with the collective need and simple fit in. The healthier path is, to be true to yourself!! To listen very well to your inner voice of purity, Only if we honor ourselves, our needs and abilities, can we live the life we desire to manifest. We live in a RESPONSIVE UNIVERSE!

2.) I wish I hadn’t worked so much.
Make sure you are challenging yourself to grow from inside! Develop a natural hunger for the transformational nature of your true self! If you have a feeling for natural growth that emerges from inside, it is easier to replace societies unhealthy habit of working to much. Don’t allow yourself to be entangled in the over productivity the outside demands! Rather seek to release their pressure and weight from your shoulders. Everything in life needs balance!!! Playfully produce and rest in equal amounts of time and, LOVE what you do with all your heart!!!
descarga
3.)I wish I had been brave in the face of my fears.
To often we allow our emotional pain body, the inner child or simple another timeline, to take over  and demand the outcome of a situation. Fear is best concord by PRESENCE! Be present when fear strikes! One way to do that is, to make yourself familiar with the transformational power of death. Don’t get me wrong, I am not talking about your precious physical body :-)! To study the nature of death will enable you to develop courage. This courage helps you to face your fears. Transformation and a sense of true freedom is a natural result.

4.) I wish I hadn’t neglected my friendships.
Human life circles a lot around how we experience our relationships. From the moment we appear as “the one” on Mother Earth, till the moment we die – our growth as human beings is deeply connected to the once we are in relation with. We have the capacity to create this relationships with other human beings but  also Healing Crystals, nature, animals, Ascended Masters, Angels and more. In all this diversity, it feels good to find some comfort and stability in long term friendships. Staying in relation challenges the human being to grow in forgiveness, compassion and expands our budget to give.

Tip: Make space in your busy calender to have time for friendships! Reserve a special time, on a particular weekday for interaction with your friends, and make sure you meet somebody you like, trust and enjoy hanging out with.

descarga (1)5.) I wish that I had allowed myself to be happier.
Decide from today on, to make conscious steps every day to increase the happiness level in your everyday life. Make time for meditation, for nature, for a walk on the beach or a run in the woods with your dog. Make sure you are laughing at least once the day!! If you are an Empath, spend enough time with children and animals. Their innocent and pure approach to life fills up the “happy account”! Spoil yourself with the conscious goal to listen to the desires of your soul to feel blissful, happy and free.

10 THINGS TO REMEMBER ABOUT TOXIC FAMILY MEMBERS

10-toxic-family-membersFamily is supposed to be our safe haven.
Sometimes, however, it’s the place where we find the deepest heartache.

Letting go of (or breaking up with) a toxic friend, boyfriend or girlfriend is one thing, and there’s plenty of advice out there for doing so, but what about letting go of a toxic family member?
Most of us are not in a position to just walk away, nor do we feel that we want to, or that it’s the right thing to do.  So what do we do when a family member is literally spoiling our lives with their toxicity?  How do we deal with our feelings of obligation, confusion, betrayal and heartache?
First and foremost, you must accept the fact that not everyone’s family is healthy or available for them to lean on, to call on, or to go home to.  Not every family tie is built on the premise of mutual respect, love and support.  Sometimes “family” simply means that you share a bloodline.  That’s all.  Some family members build us up and some break us down.

imagesSecond, you must understand that a toxic family member may be going through a difficult stage in their lives.  They may be ill, chronically worried, or lacking what they need in terms of love and emotional support.  Such people need to be listened to, supported, and cared for (although whatever the cause of their troubles, you may still need to protect yourself from their toxic behavior at times).
The key thing to keep in mind is that every case of dealing with a toxic family member is a little different, but in any and every case there are some universal principles we need to remember, for our own sake:

  1. They may not be an inherently bad person, but they’re not the right person to be spending time with every day. – Not all toxic family relationships are agonizing and uncaring on purpose.  Some of them involve people who care about you – people who have good intentions, but are toxic because their needs and way of existing in the world force you to compromise yourself and your happiness. And as hard as it is, we have to distance ourselves enough to give ourselves space to live.  You simply can’t ruin yourself on a daily basis for the sake of someone else.  You have to make your well-being a priority.  Whether that means spending less time with someone, loving a family member from a distance, letting go entirely, or temporarily removing yourself from a situation that feels painful – you have every right to leave and create some healthy space for yourself.
  2. Toxic people often hide cleverly behind passive aggression. – Passive aggressive behavior takes many forms but can generally be described as a non-verbal aggression that manifests in negative behavior.  Instead of openly expressing how they feel, someone makes subtle, annoying gestures directed at you.  Instead of saying what’s actually upsetting them, they find small and petty ways to take jabs at you until you pay attention and get upset.  This is obviously a toxic relationship situation.  It shows this person is set on not communicating openly and clearly with you.  Keep in mind that most sane human beings will feel no reason to be passive-aggressive toward you if they feel safe expressing themselves.  In other words, they won’t feel a need to hide behind passive aggression if they feel like they won’t be judged or criticized for what they are thinking.  So make it clear to your family members that you accept them for who they are, and that they aren’t necessarily responsible or obligated to your ideas and opinions, but that you’d love to have their support.  If they care about you, they will likely give it, or at least compromise in some way.  And if they refuse to, and continue their passive aggression, you may have no choice but to create some of that space discussed in point #1.  (Read Emotional Blackmail.)
  3. They will try to bully you into submission if you let them. – We always hear about schoolyard bullies, but the biggest bullies are often toxic family members.  And bullying is never OK.  Period!  There is no freedom on Earth that gives someone the right to assault who you are as a person.  Sadly, some people just won’t be happy until they’ve pushed your ego to the ground and stomped on it.  What you have to do is have the nerve to stand up for yourself.  Don’t give them leeway.  Nobody has the power to make you feel small unless you give them that power.  It takes a great deal of courage to stand up to your enemies, but just as much to stand up to your family and friends.  Sometimes bullying comes from the most unlikely places.  Be cognizant of how the people closest to you treat you, and look out for the subtle jabs they throw.  When necessary, confront them – whatever it takes to give yourself the opportunity to grow into who you really are.
  4. Pretending their toxic behavior is OK is NOT OK. – If you’re not careful, toxic family members can use their moody behavior to get preferential treatment, because… well… it just seems easier to quiet them down than to listen to their grouchy rhetoric.  Don’t be fooled.  Short-term ease equals long-term pain for you in a situation like this.  Toxic people don’t change if they are being rewarded for not changing.  Decide this minute not to be influenced by their behavior.  Stop tiptoeing around them or making special pardons for their continued belligerence.  Constant drama and negativity is never worth putting up with.  If someone in your family over the age 21 can’t be a reasonable, reliable, respectful adult on a regular basis, it’s time to speak up and stand your ground.no.toxic
  5. You do not have to neglect yourself just because they do.Practice self-care every day.  Seriously, if you’re forced to live or work with a toxic person, then make sure you get enough alone time to rest and recuperate.  Having to play the role of a ‘focused, rational adult’ in the face of toxic moodiness can be exhausting, and if you’re not careful, the toxicity can infect you.  Toxic family members can keep you up at night as you constantly question yourself: “Am I doing the right thing?  Am I really so terrible that they despise me so much?  I can’t BELIEVE she did that!  I’m so hurt!!” Thoughts like these can keep you agonizing for weeks, months, or even years.  Sometimes this is the goal of a toxic family member, to drive you mad and make you out to be the crazy one.  Because oftentimes they have no idea why they feel the way they do, and they can’t see beyond their own emotional needs… hence their relentless toxic communication and actions.  And since you can’t control what they do, it’s important to take care of yourself so you can remain centered, feeling healthy and ready to live positively in the face of negativity when you must –mindfulness, meditation, prayer and regular exercise work wonders!
  6. If their toxic behavior becomes physical, it’s a legal matter that must be addressed. – If you’ve survived the wrath of a physical abuser in your family, and you tried to reconcile things… If you forgave, and you struggled, and even if the expression of your grief had you succumb to outbursts of toxic anger… If you spent years hanging on to the notions of trust and faith, even after you knew in your heart that those beautiful intangibles, upon which love is built and sustained, would never be returned… And especially, if you stood up as the barrier between an abuser and someone else, and took the brunt of the abuse in their place… You are a HERO!  But now it’s time to be the hero of your future.  Enough is enough!  If someone is physically abusive, they are breaking the law and they need to deal with the consequences of their actions.
  7. Although it’s hard, you can’t take their toxic behavior personally. – It’s them, not you.  KNOW this.  Toxic family members will likely try to imply that somehow you’ve done something wrong.  And because the ‘feeling guilty’ button is quite large on many of us, even the implication that we might have done something wrong can hurt our confidence and unsettle our resolve.  Don’t let this happen to you.  Remember, there is a huge amount of freedom that comes to you when you take nothing personally.  Most toxic people behave negatively not just to you, but to everyone they interact with.  Even when the situation seems personal – even if you feel directly insulted – it usually has nothing to do with you.  What they say and do, and the opinions they have, are based entirely on their own self-reflection.  (Angel and I discuss this in more detail in the “Self-Love” and “Relationships” chapters of 1,000 Little Things Happy, Successful People Do Differently.)
  8. Hating them for being toxic only brings more toxicity into your life. – As Gandhi once said, “An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind.”  Regardless of how despicable a family member has acted, never let hate build in your heart.  Fighting hatred with hatred only hurts you more.  When you decide to hate someone you automatically begin digging two graves: one for your enemy and one for yourself.  Hateful grudges are for those who insist that they are owed something.  Forgiveness, on the other hand, is for those who are strong enough and smart enough to move on.  After all, the best revenge is to be unlike the person who hurt you.  The best revenge is living well, in a way that creates peace in your heart.
  9. People can change, and some toxic family relationships can be repaired in the long run. – When trust is broken, which happens in nearly every family relationship at some point, it’s essential to understand that it can be repaired, provided both people are willing to do the hard work of self-growth.  In fact, it’s at this time, when it feels like the solid bedrock of your relationship has crumbled into dust, that you’re being given an opportunity to shed the patterns and dynamics with each other that haven’t been serving you.  It’s painful work and a painful time, and the impulse will be walk away, especially if you believe that broken trust cannot be repaired.  But if you understand that trust levels rise and fall over the course of a lifetime you’ll be more likely to find the strength to hang in, hang on, and grow together.  But it does take two.  You can’t do it alone.  (Read Loving What Is.)
  10. Sadly, sometimes all you can do is let go for good. – All details aside, this is your life.  You may not be able to control all the things toxic family members do to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them in the long run.  You can decide not to let their actions and opinions continuously invade your heart and mind.  And above all, you can decide whom to walk beside into tomorrow, and whom to leave behind today.  In a perfect world we would always be able to fix our relationships with toxic family members, but as you know the world isn’t perfect.  Put in the effort and do what you can to keep things intact, but don’t be afraid to let go and do what’s right for YOU when you must.

The Human Aura and the Seven Bodies

The Human Aura and the Seven Bodies

Just as there are seven dimensions of reality we have seven bodies. Each body corresponds to the seven dimensions of reality. We have a physical body, etheric body, astral body, mental body, soul or causal body, buddhic body, and atmic body. There are other bodies beyond this level which I call the celestial bodies, which are beyond our comprehension at this level of evolution.
Each body also has a characteristic or quality of energy associated with it. The physical body has to do with instinct. The etheric body with the vital force and vital energy. The astral body with desires, feelings and emotions. The mental body with the concrete mind. The soul or causal body with the abstract mind. The buddhic body with intuition. The atmic body with spiritual will.

The Physical Body
An explanation of the physical body is not needed for we are all very familiar with this body. The only thing I would add would be to say that the physical body is the temple for the incarnating Soul. It is an instrument and vehicle for the exploration of the physical world. The physical body is the vehicle for the manifestation of Soul on this plane of existence, and the Soul is the vehicle on a higher plane for the manifestation of Spirit or the Monad.

A great many people don’t realize the importance of evolving the physical body along with the other bodies. For it is impossible for those with coarse, dense bodies to contact high vibrations. The refinement of the physical body is essential. Many spiritual aspirants work on evolving the other bodies and not the physical body, and end up getting sick because of the discrepancy in vibrational frequency.
It is not the purpose of this chapter to be a manual on how to care for the physical vehicle. However, it is suffice to say that the following simple suggestions would be extremely helpful.

  • Physical fitness program.
  • Eating of pure food.
  • Proper sleep habits.
  • Sunshine, at least ten to twenty minutes a day if possible. The sun kills all germs and frees one from disease, as well as vitalizes the etheric body.
  • Cleanliness, much use of water both inwardly and outwardly.
  • Stay away from sugar as much as possible and artificial stimulants (coffee and tea) and drugs.
  • Make sure to create playtime.

 Stages-of-Conscious-AwakeningThe Etheric Body
The etheric body or the etheric double is an exact replica of the physical body. It is the archetype upon which the physical form is built. There is nothing in the manifested universe, solar, planetary or the various kingdoms of nature which does not possess an energy form or etheric body. This etheric body controls and governs and conditions the outer physical body.

The function of the etheric body is to store up the rays of radiatory light and heat which are secured from the sun, and to transmit them via the spleen chakra, to all parts of the physical body. The etheric body is a web or network of fine interlacing channels. These nerve channels are called “nadis”.This etheric web or network, during incarnation, forms a barrier between the physical and astral planes. People who have taken large amounts of drugs or psychedelics can cause this etheric webbing to be broken which can cause them to be unprotected from lower astral energies.

The etheric body can also be likened to the energy battery of the physical body. Etheric congestion in some part of the etheric body can lead to many forms of disease and mental unclarity. The etheric body is vitalized and controlled by thought, and can be brought into full functioning activity by right thinking. Most diseases that the physical body suffers from, have their roots in the etheric body, and astral bodies. The principal factors in establishing a healthy well flowing etheric body are sunshine, light diet, with emphasis upon proper proteins and vitamins, and the avoidance of fatigue and worry.

Astral Body
The astral body relates us to the astral plane and to our desires, feelings, and emotions. Most people in the world are run by their astral body. In other words they are run by their feelings, emotions and desires. The astral body ends up running the conscious mind, instead of the conscious mind having self mastery to the proper integration of their feelings and emotions.
Many people travel in this body when they “astral project”. We all do this when we sleep at night and often have dreams of flying in this body. Some people have developed the ability to travel in this body consciously. The limitation of this is that one is then limited to traveling only in the astral plane (which is not a very evolved place to be). If one would travel in their soul body or light body they would have greater range of dimensions in which to travel.

The great teachings of Hinduism and Buddhism emphasize the need to eliminate desire. What this means is to make one’s only desire the desire for liberation and God realization instead of all the material desires of the negative ego consciousness.
The astral body receives the impression of every passing desire it contacts in the environment. Every sound causes it to vibrate. The great need of the spiritual aspirant is to train the astral body to receive and register only those impressions which come from the level via the higher self.
The aim of the aspirant would be to so train the emotional body that it will become still and clear as a mirror, so that it reflects perfectly. The words that ideally describe the emotional body should be “still, serene, unruffled, quiet, at rest, clear.”

Djwhal-Khul_The-TibetanPonder on This
Djwhal Khul, in the Alice Bailey books, has elucidated how this should be accomplished:

1. “By the constant watching of all desires, motives and wishes, that cross the horizon daily, and by the subsequent emphasizing of all those that are of a high order, and by inhibition of the lower.”

2. “By a constant daily attempt to contact the Higher Self, and to reflect its wishes in the life.”

3. “By definite periods of meditation daily, directed to the stilling of the emotional body… Each aspirant must discover for himself when he yields most easily to violent vibrations, such as fear, worry, personality desire of any kind, personality love of anything or anyone, discouragement, over sensitiveness to public opinion: Then he or she must overcome that vibration by imposing on it a new rhythm, definitely eliminating and reconstructing.”

4. “By work done on the emotional body at night, under the direction of more advanced souls, working under the guidance of a Master.”

When illusion and glamour have been overcome, the astral body fades out in the human consciousness. There is no desire left for the separated self. Ego disappears, and man is then regarded as consisting essentially of Soul, mind, and brain within the physical body nature.

The Mental Body
The mental body is associated with the mental plane and the concrete mind. The refinement and development of this body is the result of hard work and discrimination. There is a great need for clear thinking, not on subjects where interest is aroused, but on all matters affecting one’s life and humanity. It means the ability to make thought forms out of thought matter, and to utilize these thought forms for the helping of one’s fellow man.

One of the great needs in respect to the mental body is to learn to still the mental body so that thoughts from abstract levels and from the intuitional planes can find a receptive mind whereon they may inscribe themselves.
Two qualities should be developed above all else in respect to the mental body. First is an unshaken perseverance, and fortitude. The second being a progress that is made without undue self-analysis. Pull not your selves up by the roots to see if there is growth.

The capacity of perseverance explains why the non-spectacular man or woman often attains initiation before the genius.
The mental body remains clear because of keeping a good mental diet. Every thought that comes from your subconscious mind or from other people should be discerned and discriminated against to determine if it is of God or not of God, and if it is truth or illusion.

If it is positive and of God, the idea is to let it into your mind, like you would good food into the stomach. If it is negative and not of God, then the idea is to deny its entrance into your mind. It is the ongoing process of remaining conscious and vigilant and not going on automatic pilot that will keep your mental body clear. By keeping your mental body clear it will help to keep your emotional body, etheric body, and physical body clear, for it is your thoughts that create your reality. This last point cannot be emphasized enough!

The Soul and/or Causal Body
The Soul body or causal body is on the higher mental plane and the quality or characteristic of it is the abstract mind. The causal body is the temple of the Soul. The causal body is the storage house of all our good karma and virtue from all our past lives and our present life.
The causal body is a collection of three permanent atoms enclosed in an envelope of mental essence. The three permanent atoms are recording devices for our physical, astral, and mental bodies. These permanent atoms record our karma.

In our very first incarnations on earth our causal body was a colorless ovoid holding the Soul like a yolk within an egg shell. As we incarnated over and over again we began to build good karma and virtue into our causal body and it began to become a thing of rare beauty, containing within itself all the colors of the rainbow. Djwhal Khul has called this a form of “divine vampirism” where the Soul sucks the good out of the personal life, and stores it in the body of the Soul.
This building proceeds slowly at first, but towards the end of incarnation when one steps more firmly on the path of probation and initiation, the work proceeds rapidly. It is at the fourth initiation that the causal body is burned up and merges back into the monad, and the evolving Soul then receives guidance directly from the monad. This is a great marker point in the initiation of a Soul on the Spiritual path.

imagesThe Buddhic Body
The buddhic body is associated with the buddhic plane and the characteristic quality of it is intuition. After passing the fourth initiation one lives in the buddhic body.

The Atmic Body
The atmic body is associated with the atmic plane and the characteristic and quality of it is spiritual will. This is the body one inhabits upon passing the fifth initiation.

The Glorified Light Body
There is one other body which I have not mentioned, which bears great importance on the Spiritual path, and that is the importance of creating one’s “Light Body”.

The light body or body of light is the body we will inhabit at the time of our ascension. The ascension being the complete merger with the monad and/or I Am Presence on earth. It is at this time our entire being merges into light. It is the light body that we will officially step into. It is in a sense, the “wedding garment” that we are building day by day as we travel the path of initiation. It is created by the light that we are creating in our daily lives. This body is not fully complete until right before ascension itself.

The Aura
Everything that has been created has an aura of some kind. In human beings the aura surrounds the central nucleus or soul fragment or extension of the Overshadowing Soul.
The aura is composed of four basic fields. These are the physical health aura, the astral or emotional aura, the mental aura and the etheric body aura. The astral aura is usually most dominant in most people on our planet although this is beginning to change as we move deeper into the Aryan root race which is a mental attunement.
The mental aura is usually very small in the average person, however, develops rapidly once the disciple becomes polarized in the mental body at the latter stages of the second and beginning of the third initiation. Djwhal Khul says in “Ponder on This”, that the “mental aura will eventually obliterate the emotional or astral aura and then the soul quality of love will create a substitute, that is of a higher nature.”

A-WpdlGCAAEapwgEvery person lives and moves within their fourfold aura. This living, vital aura serves as a recording agent of all impressions of both an objective and subjective nature. It is the aura which creates the effects upon other people. Not so much the words as some people think. It is also the aura which the Master watches. Specifically, the Master is looking for the light of the Soul within the aura to determine whether the disciple is nearing the path of discipleship. As the emotional reactions lessen, and the mental apparatus clears, the progress of the aspirant is noted.
The aura is radiatory in nature and extends from all the bodies in every direction. The seven chakras also have a great effect on the nature of a person’s aura. A highly emotional person working through an overdeveloped and uncontrolled solar plexus chakra can wreck havoc in a home or office. On the other side of the coin, a disciple consciously using the heart or throat center can carry inspirations to hundreds and thousands and more.

The aura is brought into right radiatory condition by right living, high thinking, and loving activity. This leads the initiate to become a center of living light where all seven of the chakras are merged into one light. Each person looks out into the world through their aura.
The four words that best describe the human aura are color, light, quality, and sphere of influence. Most psychics or clairvoyants are just seeing the astral range of the aura. In reality there are seven layers to the aura.

Christ’s aura was so powerful that all people had to do was touch Him and the virtue would pour out of Him and heal. Every person’s aura either attracts or repels depending on the programming and patterning within the individual. Groups have an aura, countries have an aura, and the earth, as a whole, has an aura. A Master only has to look at the light reflected in a person’s aura to determine their level of evolution.

Nothing is solid: This is the world of Quantum Physics

13-620x400Nobel Prize winning physicists have proven beyond doubt that the physical world is one large sea of energy that flashes into and out of being in milliseconds, over and over again. Nothing is solid.

This is the world of Quantum Physics. They have proven that thoughts are what put together and hold together this ever-changing energy field into the ‘objects’ that we see.

So why do we see a person instead of a flashing cluster of energy?

Think of a movie reel.
A movie is a collection of about 24 frames a second. Each frame is separated by a gap. However, because of the speed at which one frame replaces another, our eyes get cheated into thinking that we see a continuous and moving picture.

Think of television.
A TV tube is simply a tube with heaps of electrons hitting the screen in a certain way, creating the illusion of form and motion.

This is what all objects are anyway. You have 5 physical senses (sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste).
Each of these senses has a specific spectrum (for example, a dog hears a different range of sound than you do; a snake sees a different spectrum of light than you do; and so on).
In other words, your set of senses perceives the sea of energy from a certain limited standpoint and makes up an image from that.

It is not complete, nor is it accurate. It is just an interpretation.

All of our interpretations are solely based on the ‘internal map’ of reality that we have, and not the real truth. Our ‘map’ is a result of our personal life’s collective experiences.

Our thoughts are linked to this invisible energy and they determine what the energy forms. Your thoughts literally shift the universe on a particle-by-particle basis to create your physical life.
Look around you.
Everything you see in our physical world started as an idea, an idea that grew as it was shared and expressed, until it grew enough into a physical object through a number of steps. You literally become what you think about most. Your life becomes what you have imagined and believed in most.

The world is literally your mirror, enabling you to experience in the physical plane what you hold as your truth … until you change it.
Quantum physics shows us that the world is not the hard and unchangeable thing it may appear to be. Instead, it is a very fluid place continuously built up using our individual and collective thoughts.
What we think is true is really an illusion, almost like a magic trick.

4296843Fortunately we have begun to uncover the illusion and most importantly, how to change it.
What is your body made of? Nine systems comprise the human body including Circulatory, Digestive, Endocrine, Muscular, Nervous, Reproductive, Respiratory, Skeletal, and Urinary.

What are those made up of?
Tissues and organs.

What are tissues and organs made of?
Cells.

What are cells made of?
Molecules.

What are molecules made of?
Atoms.

What are atoms made of?
Sub-atomic particles.

What are subatomic particles made of?
Energy!

You and I are pure energy-light in its most beautiful and intelligent configuration. Energy that is constantly changing beneath the surface and you control it all with your powerful mind.

You are one big stellar and powerful Human Being.

lightbody2If you could see yourself under a powerful electron microscope and conduct other experiments on yourself, you would see that you are made up of a cluster of ever-changing energy in the form of electrons, neutrons, photons and so on.

So is everything else around you. Quantum physics tells us that it is the act of observing an object that causes it to be there where and how we observe it.

An object does not exist independently of its observer! So, as you can see, your observation, your attention to something, and your intention, literally creates that thing. This is scientific and proven.

Your world is made of spirit, mind and body. Each of those three, spirit, mind and body, has a function that is unique to it and not shared with the other. What you see with your eyes and experience with your body is the physical world, which we shall call Body. Body is an effect, created by a cause.

This cause is Thought. Body cannot create. It can only experience and be experienced … that is its unique function.

Thought cannot experience … it can only make up, create and interpret. It needs a world of relativity (the physicalworld, Body) to experience itself.

7Spirit is All That Is, that which gives Life to Thought and Body. Body has no power to create, although it gives the illusion of power to do so. This illusion is the cause of much frustration. Body is purely an effect and has no power to cause or create.

The key with all of this information is how do you learn to see the universe differently than you do now so that you can manifest everything you truly desire.
